DIFC launched the Innovation and AI Licence to provide AI developers and entrepreneurs with enhanced flexibility, cost benefits, and opportunities for growth from its campus.

Be part of the Dubai AI Campus which provides world-class physical and digital infrastructure including R&D facilities, accelerator programmes and collaborative workspaces, to attract, build and scale AI companies.

The Innovation and AI Licence is a subsidised commercial licence for firms who are looking to set up in the MEASA region. The Licence is subsidised at USD 1,500 per annum and includes access to coworking spaces and discounted visas.

 

Three easy steps to start setting up your business

Step one.

Signify your interest.

Discuss your proposed innovation firm with the DIFC team.

Step two.

Process application and obtain in-principle approval.

An application for initial approval is completed through the DIFC portal.

Step three.

Register your entity.

Following receipt of initial approval, there are several steps to complete, including procuring space in DIFC. Once registration is complete, DIFC will issue a certificate and a licence.
